Accessibility of this website
Accessibility is a service Iris Media Services sells, so this site is expected to meet the same bar. This statement records the target, how it was checked, what is known to fall short, and how to report a problem.
Conformance target
This website is intended to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. "Intended to conform" means the site was built to meet Level AA and is reviewed against it; where an exception is known, it is listed below.
How it was evaluated
Conformance was assessed by the principal using a combination of methods:
- Manual keyboard-only testing of all interactive elements and navigation
- Screen-reader spot checks with VoiceOver and NVDA
- Automated scans with axe-core and the WAVE evaluation tool
- Color-contrast verification against the 4.5:1 (body) and 3:1 (large text and UI) thresholds
- Review of headings, landmarks, and reading order in the page structure
Automated tools catch a portion of issues; the manual testing above is what the conformance claim rests on.
Deliberate choices
Two decisions on this site follow directly from the accessibility position:
- Accessible CAPTCHA. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA (with an audio alternative) plus a honeypot field. Spam is also filtered server-side.
- No government banner. Iris Media Services is a private vendor, not a government entity, so the official U.S. government banner is not used. Its absence is intentional.

Linked PDF documents
The capability statement is provided as a PDF. It is tagged for accessibility, but PDFs can be harder to navigate than HTML. An HTML equivalent of the capability information is available on the Company Data page. Request any document in an alternative format and it will be provided.
Third-party embedded content
Any content embedded from a third party (for example, an external form or scheduling tool) may not fully meet Level AA. Where such content is used, an accessible alternative path — usually email — is offered alongside it.

Response commitment
Reports are acknowledged within 2 business days. A plan or fix is provided within 10 business days. Where a fix will take longer, an accessible alternative is offered in the meantime.
This statement was last reviewed on September 16, 2026, and is reviewed at least every 12 months and after any substantial change to the site.
